Arrows from Zion Strategically Aimed for the Lord’s Harvest in Israel
From the City of the Great King, Revive Israel
reports on the recent 822 Gathering in Jerusalem which brought together 3400
people in the International Convention Center in the spirit of Zechariah 8:22
which promises that the day will come when many peoples and mighty nations will
come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem.
Asher Intrater has often on a key point that
many have been missing in their reckoning of the end times, and that is that
King Jesus is not just returning to earth for a quick visit to gather a few
faithful for a fast getaway. Rather He
is coming as King of Kings to reign on the Throne set up for Him by God’s own
Hand on the Temple Mount – this is the essence of Jerusalem’s identity as “the
City of the Great King”.
This 822 Gathering must have given the faint aroma of that Zechariah 8:22 fulfillment as representatives from 20 nations came together with no speakers line up or program agenda other than to allow the Spirit of Messiah to move among them in 10 sessions of the conference. The majority, some 2000 participants came from the Far East of China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore invited by the 822 movement leader, Canadian David Demian.
Revive Israel notes what is an important key for international ministries to notice, “David and his international leadership team invested a great deal of time and energy in building bridges to the local leadership: he and/or members of this team came to Israel at least 5 times since September, 2013. This helped to foster unity and the family like feeling at the conference.”
They also write, “For us, the most significant thing actually took place at one of the preparatory meetings of about 50 leaders that took place over a month ago. There, the Holy Spirit moved in a surprising way to bring about a time of reconciliation and covenant between Jew & Arab—to a depth and intensity that we have rarely seen, despite participating in many reconciliation meetings over the years. As a result, the stage had already been set for what happened on Wednesday morning (you can see the video HERE!) with repentance on our part, and then a declaration of the One New Man (Eph. 2&3); the grafting into the Olive Tree of Romans 11, and the release of the covenant blessings of Romans 9:4-5. I hope you'll be able to watch some of the videos—but remember, with these kinds of prayers and prophetic acts there is always an element of "you have to be there." Different from the teaching ministry, this work of the Holy Spirit almost requires one to be present to experience the power of it.”

Howard Bass writes about their plans to have a
quiet family ‘American-Israel’ Thanksgiving dinner at their daughter’s home –
surrounded by their kids & grandkids.
As Howard writes, Thanksgiving is “surely one of the most appreciated of
all holidays.” Amen!
Immediately afterwards Bass heads to a retreat
for the international board members of the Christian Ministry to the Jews, and
from there to Netanya for a 4-day intensive study of pastoral ministries
program at ICB. He writes, “Even in the
face of recent terrible and growing acts of violence and terror in some of our
communities, we are able to be open with each other in ways that can only be
when there is trust and love for each other.
Nearly all of us also participated in the Joshua Fund conference this
last week in Netanya, and were greatly refreshed through the worship in song
and in the Word taught. PLEASE PRAY that
no enemy will succeed to separate what God has put together.”
Howard writes, “Given the latest gruesome
terrorist attack in a synagogue in Jerusalem, I was prompted to write about the
notion of whether we are in a religious war.” In the midst
of these things, though, they are about to baptize two more Israelis. Read more of the doings in Beer Sheva inside the attached PDF Weekly Summary
From the Hamaayan congregation in Kfar Saba
and led my Tony Sperandeo, we also have a report of the very busy holiday
season schedule. In fact they begin the
prayer letter saying, “At the end of this summer – and right after the war we
went through for 50 days against the Hamas in Gaza – we have been amazed at the
number of Christian tourists, believers in Jesus who came to show solidarity
and encouragement to Israel. As our nation is getting more and more isolated in
the media and in the international political scene, we were encouraged to see
brothers and sisters from the Nations standing firm with Israel.”
They also send this update about a
congregational bomb shelter: “We shared
with you in our last letter the need to secure the underground floor of our
building to turn it as a public bomb shelter in times of war. We have just closed the deal with the
landlord and should be signing the contract within weeks. We are still trusting
God for a remaining $ US 100 000 including renovations. This purchase will enable us to have a
protected refuge space available for at least 200 people in case of war and
dangers. We are preparing a little video about our bomb shelter project. This
underground basement will also be used between wars for the growing teenagers
ministry and our distribution center to the poor and needy.”
Inside the
attached PDF Weekly Summary you can
also read the congregation’s Isaiah 19 vision for interceding for Kobane – the “most strategic issue for our
intercession against "Daesh"- the Islamic Caliphate.” Specifically,
they make the case of praying for the Kurds who “are the most loyal friends of
Israel and the only defenders of the Christians and other ethnic minorities in
their areas. They represent together with those Christian Aramaic and Chaldean
communities that new entity of "Assyria".
Israel Pochtar of the Ashdod congregation Beit
Hallel, tells a very touching story of a 92-year old Holocaust survivor who

to read this short testimony. . . .and pray for the couple who have been
married for 67 years.
Pochtar also writes about the security
situation in Israel, especially in Jerusalem, as bloody terror attacks have
been carried out by individual terrorist acts of opportunity. He writes about the funeral of the Druze
policeman who intervened in the recent attack at a synagogue, and the whole
nation was moved as “thousands of Jews, Christians and Muslims from all over
the country coming to attend his funeral.”
He also writes, “The Druze are an
Arab-speaking ethnic minority in Israel, many of whom serve in IDF's elite or
combat units, are dedicated policemen among, and have always shown
extraordinary courage and loyalty to the nation of Israel. . . . Please pray for
the peace of Jerusalem. These days we need those prayers as never before while
Jerusalem again is facing troubled days of conflict, division and violence.”
Ronit Bender from the Carmel congregation writes about life ministering in Israel now that her husband has made his way on to Heaven. You can read of several of her encounters inside the attached PDF Weekly Summary, but it seems that now there is a Divine draw to her from those who know alone-ness. It is the LORD who makes use of the brokenness in our lives to bring wholeness to the lives and spirits of others.
She also writes about the Carmel School of
Ministry, which “is always an exciting time for me, as friends from Perth come.
It is very encouraging to see how the revelation of Israel at this end time
sinks in. They become great Ambassadors when they return home. If you have not
done a SOM [school of ministry] and you want to, you will not be sorry. I went with them to the Galilee, it was an
amazing day, and my favorite part: going on the boat Faith with Daniel Carmel
worshiping.”
Joel Jelski of Succat Hallel writes, “The last
month in Israel has proven to be one of the most violent and turbulent in
recent memory. More people were killed as a result of spontaneous terror
attacks than in the last 2 years. We have seen random stabbings, cars racing
into civilians and bus stations, and the most recent attack in a synagogue. All
these, since they are unexpected, create much fear and suspicion in people's
minds and hearts. Every time we see God moving
forward here in the realm of unity, we see the enemy doing everything he can to
create strife, fear, and division. As believers, we should not agree with the
agenda the enemy wants to dictate to us. We declare the truth and word of God
over the current situation: He HAS broken down the middle wall of separation,
and made the two one". We should not allow the world to dictate our
spiritual reality as the body of Christ.”
Jelski continues, “Another thing I want to
stress is that this struggle is NOT mainly ethnic. It's not just about
Palestinians and Jews disagreeing. It's only the cover, the surface. The next
level is the spiritual warfare of Islam to attack God's people and God's plan
for Israel and the Jewish people. But the main struggle here is over lives. The
devil is promoting a culture of death, lies, and deceit. Blinding people
through hurt, pain, unforgivenes, and false religion, both Jewish and Islam. We
need to pray for awakening, the opening of blind eyes, for the comfort and
forgiveness of Yeshua to touch many, and for the light of Yeshua to shine forth
in this land. The real issue here is disguising itself in a political struggle,
but it's much more.”
Praying the Headlines
A Vision of The Temple Mount, A Menacing Dragon, And A Season of Increasing Shakings
Israelprayer: I am so
sorry! I thought I shared this
important word, a vision from Rick Ridings about the Temple Mount weeks
ago. I shared it online and thought I
shared it in Israelprayer also. So here
it is:
On October 21, 2014, during our worship in
Succat Hallel, I saw a vision of a huge black dragon that was circling in a
menacing manner above the Temple Mount here in Jerusalem. Each time it breathed fire from its mouth,
violence was released on the Temple Mount. But I knew this time it was planning
something really much larger. Suddenly I saw in the heavens two words: “NOT
NOW.” Then a huge foot descended from heavens and pinned the dragon to the
ground.
Next, the Lord reached down and put shackles
on the dragon’s feet and imprisoned the dragon in the underground mosque on the
southeast corner of the Temple Mount. As I was seeing this in the vision, our
worship leader started singing from Psalm 149 about putting the kings in chains
and the nobles in shackles through our high praise.
Next, I saw the Lord’s hand put a lock on the
door to where the dragon was imprisoned--a lock with a timer on it--seeming to
indicate it would be released to do something quite “big” in the timing of the
Lord, but that now was not the time.
Then the hands of the Lord continued to shake
and thresh the Temple Mount in a flat threshing basket, as I had seen in
previous visions on June 17 and October 14. The Lord was tossing the Temple
Mount into the air in a way similar to the ancient threshing method of tossing
grain into the air, after which the chaff would be blown away by the wind, and
the good grain would fall into the threshing basket.
I felt the Lord was speaking, “This is still a
season in which I am sifting and discerning the hearts of men and nations.” I
realized He was showing mercy to those who really were searching for truth and
righteousness. Even on the Temple Mount, in the midst of the shakings, water
came out from between the stones, splashed into the eyes of those Muslims who
were sincerely seeking righteousness, washed away deception, and opened their
eyes to Jesus as Messiah, Savior, and Lord.
Then on October 29, a Palestinian attempted to
assassinate Rabbi Yehuda Glick, who had just given a lecture to a small group
in the Menachem Begin Heritage Center, expressing his belief that Jews and
Christians should also be allowed to pray on the Temple Mount, not only
Moslems, as is the status quo. . . .

Please keep in prayer the Israeli
believers who are fighting for their lives or other urgent health needs:
Update
on Leah. This may be her last week in the hospital ! This morning the lead
doctor said maybe another 6 days of treatment before a decision to release her
to come home. Keep praying as there will be intensive follow up and possibly a
home care person the govt. provides for if necessary. We thank God for all of
you that have made mention of her in your prayers. Blessings, Marc

The New Book by Asher Intrater ALL AUTHORITY
Biblical Principles of Spiritual and Delegated Authority
AT THE END OF THE GOSPEL OF MATTHEW, YESHUA MADE AN AMAZING STATEMENT CONCERNING AUTHORITY:
All
authority
has been
given to me
in heaven
and on earth…
Matthew
28:18
If that was true, then I
needed to re-examine every thought I had ever had about authority. If “all
authority” was from Him, then “all” my thoughts about authority were wrong.
There was nothing to do but submit. This was a real revolution – a revolution concerning
rebellion, and a revolution concerning authority.
