Continue to pray for the awakening of the Jewish people to Yeshua and of the awakening of the Church to the significance of this awakening.  Pray that we will enter with joy into the genuine one-ness the LORD has planned for Jew and Gentile in Messiah.

Do you see that the story of the union of Ruth and Boaz is a picture of the union of one new man in Messiah?  Before we can become the Bride of Christ, we must become one new man in the Messiah.

Do you see the humility that it took for Ruth to go and lie down at the feet of Boaz?  She was not making an indecent proposal; Ruth was suggesting an honorable union be made between them.

A Christian Arab Bookshop in Haifa that ministers to Arabs and Jews alike has been struggling to make ends meet and faces shutdown on June 30^th.  When a local Jewish pastor passed away, it was this Christian Arab pastor that responded to the widow to keep their fellowship alive – coming to preach and help with the ministry. 

Israelprayer opens with a ‘Macedonia cry’ for those who will now come alongside this ministry to supply an urgent need.  Just $80,000 would secure ownership of a property for the bookshop ministry which is an important outreach center and supports the work of the ministry.  This is a ministry doing great Gospel outreach with congregations in Haifa, Nazareth and Jaffa.  Please pray about helping Pastor Atteih and the Immanuel Church and Bookshop. The Carmel Congregation reported “the largest number of Israeli visitors to attend one of our meetings in our twenty-one year history” when it put on a Shavuot musical production of the Book of Ruth.  As most of you know,  “Ruth is a powerful and beautiful prophetic picture of the Gentile bride becoming one with Israel in these last days.  Ruth and Boaz are forerunners of “the one new man” in Messiah of Ephesians 2:15.”  Pray for the vision of the union of ‘Ruth and Boaz’ unfolding in our day.

Carmel pastor David Davis writes, “An estimated 100,000 Jews prayed to receive Yeshua in the Soviet Union between 1990 and 2000.  It is very clear to us here on Carmel that after sowing with years of prayer, praise and proclamation, as well as outreach, the Lord has opened a door to His harvest.  We have never seen anything like it in Haifa.”  Pray for the mighty outpouring and salvation upon the Russian immigrants of Israel and for those ministries that have positioned themselves to receive these new disciples of Yeshua.

Like the farmer who plants his seed, then tends the ground in faith of a crop to bring in during the harvest season, many Israeli pastors and the leaders in their outreaches have been faithful to build the spiritual infrastructures in readiness for the promised outpouring.  Pray for all these who are laboring with dedication and anointing – not despising the day of small beginnings, but working steadily in the name of the LORD.  Pray for a fresh breath of the LORD to blow over them all – a second wind to reenergize.

From Emmaus Way comes this good word about their front row seat in the Middle East theatre of the last days:  “The Hotter the fire, the faster the flesh burns!”  Arni Klien continues in the close work with the German believers in preparing the fourth generation of believers to play a key role in with the Body in Israel. Recently God brought Poland onto Arni’s spiritual radar.  He writes, “In short I had a crash course awakening about the unique relationship between the land of Poland and the Jews. We are at the earliest beginnings of what appears to be a new chapter for us.  Here are a few bits to chew on:

- In 1264, King Boleslav of Poland granted a charter inviting the Jews there. The charter was an amazing document, granting Jews unprecedented rights and privileges. For example, it stated: “The testimony of the Christian alone may not be admitted in a matter which concerns the money or property of a Jew.  In every such incidence there must be the testimony of both a Christian and a Jew.  If a Christian injures a Jew in any which way, the accused shall pay a fine to the royal treasury.” 

- For centuries Poland had been a dwelling place for the Jewish people.

- The Jews translate “Poland” to mean “here dwells God”  (Po…lan…ya).

- Before World War II there were 3.5 million Jews living in Poland.

- The main Nazi concentration/extermination camps (Auschwitz) were in Poland; it was the main battlefield. . . . Though Germans shed the blood, Polish land remains with a curse (Num.35:33). 

Please open the attached Weekly Summary of Prayer Requests from Israeli Ministries to read more of the vision for reversing the curses that were release by the attempted genocide of the Jews by Nazis. This is not ancient history, but wounds that must be healed for unity to prosper.

Please keep praying for many of the ministries who are doing outreach on the web and social media.  This is a ‘safe’ way for many Jews in Israel to find answers to the questions being stirred in their spirits by the HOLY SPIRIT who is revealing the Messiah to many in Israel.  Pray for anointing, finances, creative ideas and critical personnel for all those ministries stretching their wings in this wonderful medium for the Gospel.

One for Israel is one of the leading groups of believers who are teaching and encouraging Jewish believers to use social networking to share God’s truth in Yeshua.  Pray for them as they are speaking over the next 10 days at a number of Bible colleges and congregations in Israel on how to share in the virtual world of the web.

From Revive Israel and Zion’s Glory come reports from the recent Shavuot (Pentecost) prayer meeting from Jerusalem.  “For 12 hours, a bunch of modern day Israeli disciples, along with prayer partners from many countries, worshiped and interceded for 12 straight hours. Like the disciples 2000 years ago, this is a special time, a special place, and a special network of believing friends, praying to release the end times revival as prophesied in the Hebrew prophets.”

“The language of the night was Hebrew and most of the people that were involved were young Israeli believers who are an integral part of this nation with a passionate love for Yeshua. This is the generation that so many of us have given our lives to raise up. The seed of the Gospel has been planted in the good soil of Israel and the indigenous body is alive and growing! Persecution and resistance will come, but what has been established in the Land will increase and “the gates of Hell will not withstand against it”.

Pray for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon the dry bones of Israel which God has put flesh upon, but they are still without the breath of the Spirit of Messiah.   Pray over the Body according to Act 2:46-47  And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,  Praising God, and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

The summer weddings in Israel have begun and we have been receiving reports of young Messianic believers being joined together as one under the chuppah.   During these events, the LORD often stirs the guests with little glimpses of the coming marriage of the Bride of Messiah.  One saw those who had gathered to serve the bridal party in the preparations in a parallel role to those who are “great in the Kingdom of God” who so willingly serve the Body in love. “pray for this generation of Israeli believers, that they will continue to be fervent, passionate, filled with his love and eager to serve.”

The Silvers of Out of Zion Ministries take note of a huge number of French Jews who recently turned out for a “Aliyah Fair” in Paris.  A record-breaking 5,000 Jews attended who are clearly sensing that Israel may be safer for them in the days ahead than France.  The Silvers ask prayer for these events to receive similar response in other European cities. 

They also note the surprising political developments in Israel as Netanyahu formed one of the strongest and most long-running governments ever seen in Israel.  Pray according to Proverbs 21:1 The king's heart is in the hand of Adonai, and like rivers of water, He turns it wherever He wills.  Israel is never at a loss for inner conflict over government decisions.  Pray that the LORD will direct Netanyahu’s decision-making that will serve to fulfill God’s will and purposes. 

Asher Intrater noted that Israel has not denied it is behind the Flame virus that has been exposed as attacking computer systems across the Middle East – not destroying the systems but freely collecting information from the infected computers. 

Intrater writes, “The size and sophistication of the virus precludes any private hacker, and indicates the involvement of some governmental espionage agency. . . . The numbers of computers affected are reported to be: Iran 189, Palestinian 98, Sudan 32, Syria 30, Lebanon 18, Saudi 10, Egypt 5. While Israel's government refused to accept responsibility for the virus, Netanyahu did issue a statement that Cybernetics is an important aspect of Israel's defense against international terror.” 

Pray Proverbs 8:12 for the continued ability of Israel to maintain strategic defense advantage through non-lethal means.  “I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions.”

The Israeli ministries continue to speak of special intercessory prayers they are making for all Israel’s borders including the sea shores.  After a soldier was killed last week confronting a terrorist, please continue to make intercession for the IDF soldiers – and most especially for all those who are believers. One of the young Messianic soldiers had a close relationship to the soldier who was killed last week and his parents are acutely aware that their own son could have been the one killed.  Pray for the protection of the LORD to be upon them and grant peace to the parents.

Urgent HEALING Needs: Life and Death is in the power of the tongue

Please keep in prayer the Israeli believers who are fighting for their lives or other urgent health needs: 

Pray for God’s complete healing of Uzi, Meir, Bob, Fruma and Katya and Rivka (an elderly member suffering severe back problems)  at Maoz Ministries, Sofie Benson in Carmel/House of Victory, Ariela in Arad and Brookie in the Galilee.  Tom, Nataly and Larissa who have all recently been diagnosed with cancer in Carmel.  Pray also for Kay Wilson suffering from PTSD after surviving a stabbing terrorism attack that her friend did not survive.  Continue to pray for baby Netaley who is rehabilitating well but has been released to go home finally. Her rehab will continue daily on an on-patient basis.  Also for Ariela who has undergone radical cancer treatment and needs prayer for regaining her strength because not being able to work, she is hardly able to pay bills and everyday needs.  

Update on Tom from Carmel: Tom has completed his second month of treatment at a cancer clinic in Jerusalem. By the end of June, (Messianic) Dr David believes he will have a good report for my precious hubby. Tom is doing fine, although there are days when he feels weak and out of sorts, as toxins, heavy metals and other nasties are being expelled. The treatment is strengthening his immune system so that any invading pathogens that enter his body can be zapped! The doctor says these temporary symptoms can be expected and are part of the healing process.

....I want to recommend in the strongest terms that we retire these phrases once and for all. Why?

First, these phrases are not biblical. . . .Secondly, the terms are too broad and are used as sledgehammers by charismatic believers to arrogantly dismiss those streams of believers who do not adopt the types of spontaneous expressions they themselves have chosen.
